Nate made us some super delicious tacos for dinner tonight. He made a mix of seitan, potatoes, carrots, onions and spices. He also made some guacamole - so good! The other taco toppings we had were shredded cabbage, onions, tomatoes, limes, cilantro, and home-canned salsa. Now, with very happy stomachs, we're off to see 'The King's Speech'.
